Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case has become the talk of the nation as the case is getting more and more complicated with new revelations. While the Supreme Court has reserved its verdict with regards to the petition filed by Rhea Chakraborty wherein she requested the transfer of the FIR filed against her, several B-town celebs and fans have taken to social media to demand a CBI probe.

On the other hand, the Enforcement Directorate has also been investigating in the matter with the money laundering angle. They have already interrogated Rhea Chakraborty, her father, brother, Samuel Miranda, Shruti Modi and others.

Meanwhile, according to Times Now, the Enforcement Directorate has written four letters to the Mumbai police seeking the late actor’s seized phone and call details but the Mumbai police has not responded to them yet.

Talking about the Mumbai Police obstructing the ED’s investigation, Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer told Times Now that the Mumbai Police cannot deny anything to the ED because as far as ED’s right is considered, they have a complete independent jurisdiction once the FIR is registered.

Furthermore, he even added that he doesn’t understand on what basis or justification is the Mumbai Police is denying Sushant’s mobile to the ED. There is no investigation in Mumbai because no FIR has been registered yet.

Meanwhile, sources close to Times Now has also reported that the CBI has been interrogating in connection to Sushant’s death case but they have remained tight-lipped over the same.
